He was available with short notice to look at homes and provided insight into what to look for when house hunting and helped guide me through reasonable offers and counter offers. He has networked exceptionally well - he recommended a loan officer that was able to get me a great rate (6%), connected me with a home insurance agent to help me find home insurance when many home insurance companies had a moratorium due to the local fires, and connected me with a local handyman to repair a window for much cheaper than window replacement companies. He explained every step of the home buying process in a way that I could actually understand (as a first time home buyer, this would have been overwhelming without his education). What I appreciated the most was that he was never pushy about me making an offer on a house. He was in tune with my wants and needs and always honored them. Miles is superb and I highly recommend him.

Miles went above and beyond what I expected of a realtor, he made the whole home buying process about as stress free as can be.
